Been coming here for a while, and the food used to be the best. However, as of recent, there been a dip in quality in the food. My mother's lonestar burger had no bbq sauce when it should, the onion ribgs were soggy, and the bacon on it was burnt. My own patty was far too crunchy and over cooked as well. The edges are black and hard. I'm very disappointed, I use to love this place and community it built. I hope it restores itself, but I don't know if we'll return any time soon.

We went here a lot when we first got to Red Oak around 2017, but hadn't been back in a while. Stoped in the other day with a big group and they were fairly busy, but still did a great job. I wouldn't recommend large groups (more than 4) at peak times, but other than that, this place is great. They have a full bar on the back and all the classics as far as food. Thanks to whoever left a bunch of credits on the jukebox. I enjoyed listening to my favorite music while we ate.

Itd be almost a perfect place if they charged like 5-10% less per item. But despite being high, I still feel it is well worth it. Food tastes amazing, its one of those little small places that almost anyone you go with will never have heard of it, and considering I watched them prepare everything in the back leaves no doubt in my mind it was/is fresh.

Very nice and polite and I loved the menu. Patty melt was very tender and had some flavor. My chicken fried steaks were just overcooked. Perhaps just an off day but I could not finish..
