Don't ever send a loved one there..the pt/ot was good but the nursing care was the worst I have ever seen..they left my aunt who is bed ridden sitting in her soiled undergarments for hours..she developed nasty open wounds and they still didn't change her promptly..I was there one day for over 3 hours asking for her to be changed and still no..I had to go to administration to get her changed.

They dropped my grandfather. They do not have supportive wheelchairs. They let their feet drag on the floor. The nurses ignore some of the patients who are pleading for help. The receptionists are also the use and everyone walks around on the phone and pretend nothing is happening

I am the son of a resident at the Forest Park Facility. My father selected this facility without researching it first, upon my first visit the hallways were unkept and dirty and the stench in the air was that of gas and sickness. My father was not in their system, they did not know his medical history, all of which should have been given to the new facility upon his arrival. On several occasions my father was left for hours needing assistance, after ringing the nurses bell with no response. my father was made to feel as though he was a burden and inappropriate language was used. My father was here for therapy after have colon surgery and could not move as normal and was ridiculed for it. this type of behavior should not be tolerated or permitted. The facility appeared to be short staffed and and the temperament of some the staff was unacceptable. My fathers wound was not healing and had not been for my persistence to have the wound care team look at his wound my father could have died. The amount of insensitivity, medical negligence and out right disregard for the patients and there needs is alarming. I will be submitting a formal complaint because this type of medica negligence can and will not be overlooked.

This is honestly a trash facility, and the people who all work here know it, but don't care and are just there for a paycheck. Don't bring your loved one(s) to this place! The amount of uncaring and negligent staff who work here is truly maddening. They don't respect anybody, especially when you call them out for their shady practices and pure negligence. I once heard receptionists and staff laugh at a man over the phone when he was complaining about issues that they refused to rectify with him and his family. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don't bring your loved one(s) here at all.
