Dr. Keelan does a great job on my back injections, but Jasmine is the reason for this poor rating. First off, I don't leave messages because they NEVER get answered. After calling multiple times, she finally answered. After the discussion we had, she very rudely told me that I didn't have to call that many times. Maybe instead of just letting it ring, answer it and politely put the customer on hold. In the future, I'll be talking to someone else with my concerns. I'd hate to find business elsewhere because of a rude staff member.
