Awesome place to train at right in town! The gym has transformed under new management and has brought a lot of positive and like minded people together. Focus Fit is both more affordable and higher quality compared to competing gyms in the area.

Yes, we do accept silver sneakers :) you can come in and join any day during our staffed hours! We're staffed; Mon-Fri: 5am-10pm Sat: 7am-8pm Sun: 8am-8pm
