I’m not sure 🤔 what is going on but we’ve definitely have a problem. It’s not working. I’m sorry to even write this. I’m in this cylindrical turn of event’s trying to just get lab work done. I’m being bounced around from one place to another. Each place is closed or has “times” that are not lining up to what I’ve been told. It’s been 2 weeks now. Today … we don’t know if we’ll have a phlebotomist. I’ve been told that from three different places and each one reports online and phone calls that they are open. In reality they’re closed. Deep sigh.

I think Northshore found good way for extr revenue. 0 help in third location. Centralized phone put me on hold for 45!!!minutes. I just hanged up. Explanation: reach capacity, o no! Our AC system is broken! Reception desk attendant mask is under the nose, the other without mask, that's after I announced high fiver and just test positive for Covid19. Felt like I just visited a ZOO . Actually ZOO is more organized then Northshore Immediate Care

There is usually a line first thing in the morning. So unless you were very first in line you're probably going to wait for your appt anyway. But if you're in line at 8:00 you're probably have an appointment before noon if that's a priority. But the immediate care doesn't see it start seeing patients until 9:00.

They do for current patients if your symptoms match.
