READ THIS REVIEW!! This urgent care deserves 10 stars!! Not only are they all polite and they actually care they go over and beyond even a primary care Dr!! I actually asked them can I choose them for my PCP! The nurse was so sweet it wasn’t a question or shadow of doubt, the Dr is so sweet she treated me for my condition and actually gave me a referral to a family care dr so I can get the referrals I needed a office that makes sure I’m in network theirselves. They answered when I got to the pharmacy and right when the cvs was saying they didn’t see my prescription the nurse went to get the Dr she was actually on her way to the phone! Did I mention it was 7:35 the other urgent cares I’ve called don’t even answer the phone after 7:00 p.m and the nurse called at 8:25 to make sure I got my medicine because even though they where closed they where going to send my prescription to another pharmacy to make sure I was ok!! If you trying to figure out what urgent care to go to because it’s plenty of them to choose from, don’t hesitate go to this place! I’m a picky person, I write a lot of reviews so if it wasn’t a good experience I would for sure say it! This place is going to make sure you are ok and the Dr let me know I can call and come back if the problem was still there and I hadn’t got the care I needed, she literally did all she could do for a urgent care!! Actually up and beyond, it’s not even Doctors office that call and make sure you ok, they won’t answer if it’s getting ready to close and they see your number on their called ID! I had to make a detailed review because they deserve it! If I ever need urgent care and it isn’t life threatening it don’t matter what city I stay in as long as I’m in Texas I will be coming here! There is not one person at this facility that “don’t care” all of them do! 🥰

Even after filling out the forms online I still had to wait for a long time inside the building. They didn't even ask me if I checked in online until well into the visit. However the urine test was quick and easy.

I can’t believe What just happened . It was a joke no actual caring whatsoever Never offered a solution biggest dr hold of my 55 years of living I will never go to care now again

Do the check in from home and they will call to find out how long the commute is for you to get there, and then call you back when you're room is ready. I'd much rather wait from home. Once I got there, there was virtually no wait time. Just had to fill out paperwork
