This is by far, hands down the best bike shop in Rochester, NY AND surrounding area! Their bikes, equipment and accessories are all top notch. Nothing they sell is cheap c**p. With all that aside, one of the best things about towpath is their staff. The're extremely knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably friendly. It's hard to find all these qualities in any industry these days. When I met the owner who is often on site working along side his employees, none of what I've stated above shocked me. His passion has clearly spread to his entire team including the bike technicians. The're so thorough and meticulous about their work it's mind blowing. If like me, you won't settle for anything but the best for your best friend on two wheels go to Towpath for a truly one of a kind experience. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and the experience I have every time I walk through their doors.
