Great service - thanks for taking the time to inspect my tire for damage and extracting the little glass bits before installing a new tube. I also appreciated the quick turnaround on a Saturday morning - I didn't have to leave my bike overnight.

Went in to have a small chain adjusted (which was done quickly). had a great conversation about gravel bikes what to expect. Being new to gravel bikes and riding trails was looking for any and all information I could get. Had a great conversation with Greg took time to explain features of the bike I brought in which was not bought at Spin Doctor. After which I thought was going to be a trouble free ride on Sunday new problems came up and killed the mood in riding. Monday morning went on line ordered the bike that fit me better and would hold up to trial riding. Bike was in stock, when I walked in to pick up my new bike Greg remembered me and my name. After two days of pushing my new bike on trails zero regrets and looking forward to longer rides with no troubles. Will be back and spread the word about Spin Doctor thank you very much for great customer service.
