Good gym and pool. Worth the money.

Awful customer service. They don't listen to the question before spitting out scripted responses. Website information is inaccurate. They take several days to respond to requests for an account and will refuse you on arbitrary grounds. Also if you're trans expect to be misgendered by staff.
