Have been trying since July to contract with them (Logan is my point of contact) to get our sidewalk lifted. Finally contracted with them In October after following up repeatedly, but haven’t heard from the office in over 11 days to officially get on the schedule. I have no idea if they're scheduling weeks out, days out, months out or other? This should have been completed in July, or August at the latest. Moving on to a different company.

Have used United Dynamics for all foundation issues. Great company. Team that came to repair crack today was on time, professional, and cleaned up. Highly recommend this company. Howard was quick to respond and provide quote. Nick confirmed a window to get us in between bigger jobs. Tray and his team were great.

Yes, we offer waterproofing for basements. When working with our expert team members, you can expect us to: - Properly prep for the job by having utilities marked, making repairs, removing necessary vegetation, and laying tarps to minimize messes and move the job along more efficiently - Dig holes around the foundation - Lift the foundation using steel piers - Fill in any holes that were dug - Clean the area thoroughly Our Perma Dry system prevents water from entering your basement by collecting any water under the surface, then using a sump pump to dispose of the water which leaves your basement dry. This method is best for issues that are caused by hydrostatic pressure. Contact us today!

Micropiles can be designed to produce the same strong and sturdy result as traditional piles, but is a much quicker and more efficient method. The main reasons are: - No spoils to remove during installation - Less impact on surrounding structures - Rapid install times - Less mobilization - Great for confined work areas - Lower cost per kip of support compared to other pile types
