One star is too generous. The body oder smell hit me like a brick wall when I walked in. The employee who waited on me was on his phone the entire time and never acknowledged me. Rude and bad business. First and last time. Do not recommend. I will go out of KY way to a different ups store.

The new management is so friendly and welcoming for any kind of visit. I often go there for amazon returns, still treated very well. Even international shipping was on point and delivered perfectly. Sorry that they are dealing with the old owner's reviews. There should be some process from Google for new owners to reclaim the business.

Smells really bad. They also sold me a box to return my Amazon free return. I wouldn't recommend using this location.

Just had a great experience. I’m in a wheelchair. An attendant came outside and did everything curbside so I didn’t have to get out of my vehicle.
