I was looking at some items online (Christmas pajamas for family) and it said all eight of them were in store at this location. I guess I could have completed the purchase online and just picked it up, but I thought that was a little lazy since I had the time to go by and was already out. I got there and found four items right away. I spent a good deal of time looking and double looking for the other four. Finally, I decided to find someone to help. I found a lady in shoes, who radioed another person. She was not thrilled that she was in shoes and I needed help in the sleepwear department and asked her. The other girl came over in a few minutes and was able to locate one of the four items in back. One of four, that all said in stock. So, she told me I could order the other items online. Great. Except if I did that, I would not earn the Kohl's cash, as the total for each separate transaction was just under the amount required. Typically, I'd not care, but I spent quite a bit and would have missed out on $20 Kohl's cash. So, I ended up ordering them all online and now have to go back to return the ones I bought in store. I wish I'd realized before I left! Yes, my fault for not just thinking to do that when they didn't have all eight pajamas, but if it says you have them, you should. At least MOST of them, not less than half! That's a big inventory discrepancy!

They have an Amazon return there makes it super easy to send back your item you don't want. The people there are super friendly.
