I use to thoroughly enjoy this CVS location, so much so our family would pay a higher price on most all of our medicines because of the care our family was shown by pharmacist, Gary. However, Gary has since left, and his departure was surely the loss of CVS. The pharmacist that has since replaced Gary is Mark. Every encounter my family and I have shared with him has been unpleasant. On several occasions with my children in tow I would pick up my medicine, my children would try to engage him in conversation, and nothing, nor would he even greet me at any encounter. The most troubling occasions involved September 3rd, I arrived prior to 9:00 am (the time the pharmacy is suppose to have opened) to pick up my medicine. 9:00 rolls around, no sign of the pharmacist, though the technician is there, she informs us she is unable to unlock the gate. She sits there phoning Mark, who casually strolls in at 9:07, no apologies, nothing. In fact he comes in, arranges all his belongings, and then begins to take the customers that have been waiting. The lady waiting in line with me informed me this has happened to her on several occasions, with Mark. Another instance, I arrived at the store on October 4th to find they are closed that day, there was no prior notification this closure was set to happen. Finally, on November 2nd I return to get my annual flu shot. I am turned away by Mark stating I must have an appointment. I push back, he said there is no other way than with an appointment. My husband then phoned the CVS, down the street, whom informed us appointments are recommended for supply purposes but not required. I also phoned the CVS in the Target at Waterford and was informed of the very same thing, that vaccines do not require appointments. It is a shame Mark is a part of this organization and has torn away what Gary worked so hard to build. Please save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to go. CVS is often higher in prescription cost, and with this lack of care there is not a reason one to waste your time or money.

Yes, I believe so! I know they are available for 65 and older.
