This is my only shop, and I live 52 minutes away. Anytime, they can, they fix my bike perfectly, and quickly! They have done both same and next day service when time allows, and JB and Jim have flawless communication about what is or could be going on with the bike, and are kind and careing gentlemen as well! Just ask how long it will take, and they are deadly accurate for the volume of business that they do!!! Super accommodating and great personal service. I went there to return an item outside of regular hours. They let me in and processed the return with no issue. I'm not encouraging anyone to do this (I didn't check to see when they were open so it was my fault) but it was a kind gesture.

Straightening a wheel will typically cost $15 to $25 depending on how badly it's bent. The shop will need to see the wheel to access it.
