Staff doesn’t care about you being there, you could be going there for non criminal affairs and still be treated like you’ve done something wrong. Everyone speaks to you like a gruff robot with no feeling except disgust.

Try a specific department or extension. They will transfer you if needed. Everyone should know that morning has slways been the busiest time of the day. Simply call after lunch. They are busy with court and lots of business.
You can ask the clerk of court for assistance. I recommend getting an attorney. I would suggest contacting an attorney in Lincoln County. Simple divorces can typically be done pretty cheaply.
The district attorney is available Wednesday afternoon on a first come first serve basis to handle tickets.

Go in and ask them at the beginning of court. But don't expect anyone to be nice to you. They are all about getting their money and criminalizing traffic infractions that in other states are minor, especially of its your first time getting a ticket! Greedy money hungry place! Made me happy to move back to New York!
