Its hard to believe the other post about things that are wrong about this place but negative as they are it's just like that. The people are fine but it lacks drastically in way s that I will not mention just to be polite about the situations

Worse place to live in me and my kids left we have been hot for days waiting on the AC to get fixed we keep trying to call her and call her during the day and she never answers her phone. She feels way too above to do anything that needs to be done I do not recommend this place at all 💯

Do not try to rent from these apartments. The landlord will lie and say she can get you in an apartment soon and take your deposit and will never answer when you call or ever get back to you on an available place! I waited a year and still nothing! Find another place to rent!

Woodland use to be a nice place to live..and although they have made changes to the apartments and the grounds..it would benefit most from a change in management..although everyone has a job to do..this manager abuses her power and instead of actually being able to handle the criticism that comes with her actions..would rather retaliate by manipulating upper management into forcing evictions....it's not worth the hassle.
