My girlfriend and I lived here from December 2020 - December 2021 in a townhome apartment. The apartments are nice for the price and the residents are friendly. Maintenance was timely with the single repair request we had to make in the year of staying there. The pool is a nice bonus to staying there, we spent most afternoons during the summer poolside. My one complaint was in trying to recover of deposit after having moved out. The lease that we signed stated that the deposit would be mailed out to our new address within 90 days of moving out. After the 90 days and still no deposit, I emailed management trying to figure out the status of the return deposit and was not really given any help other than verifying that they had our new address on file to send the return deposit. Fast-forward 2 more months and still no deposit, so I drove down to the Huntington Park office to get to the bottom of it. I was told that since the apartments were acquired by different management a couple months before we moved out, a "new lease" (which I never signed or was even made aware of) went into effect, moving the deposit return window from 90 days to 6 months. I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me that the terms of a contract such as a lease cannot be altered without drafting a new lease to be resigned by the tenants. I was told by management that they would contact their parent company to mail out our deposit, which they did within the week. Long story short, they are nice apartments in a good part of town, but expect some feet-dragging when trying to recover your deposit.

We have been a part of the Huntington Park Apartments community for more than a year. It is a great complex, convenient to everything, and managed by a great team of people. Christina is wonderful and more than willing to take care the needs of the residents. We could not be happier with our experience and are glad that Huntington Park will continue to be home for a while.

Hunting Park Apartments are located close to shopping and best Schools in the area. I feel very safe here. Management and maintenance are very efficient and professional and concerns for the property and the residents. Enjoy living here for 11 years. Nice upto date apartments. Beautiful area.

Been here for a while, and I absolutely love the place, the office is so nice and easy going. Tiffany and Christina are the best!
