Do yourself a favor and save your money. I could speak on delayed maintenance requests, the condition, or the residents, but im going to save my time and just speak on my latest experience. After receiving my deposit back after having to call and email multiple times to do so. I was told because my apartment was turn key I would also be receiving a check for five hundred dollars. Kimberly personally told me why I was there and she would call me within two days about it. I call back seven days later after no call and was unable to speak to her. Then, a lady named Emma took my call and said nope didn't happen and get a lawyer if would like to battle it. No thank you, just hope by reading this you can save yourself the troubles I have dealt with.

I've lived in my apartment for nearly a year and have enjoyed being there. The one maintenance issue we had was handled quickly. Everyone at the office is pleasant. I recently renewed my lease with no issues.

Worst place I've ever had to deal with. I wont say any names but I was approved for a unit had to wait a month never got updates once I call I would get I dont know and I dont have a move in date for you. The lady I dealt with was rude to many more then once. With her comments. When it was all done and over with I got my money back but was shorted 25.00 but honestly I don't care I wasnt going to go back there for 25 bucks. You don't make someone wait that long gmwith only answer to give is I don't know everytime they call or come in person. Oh and I also feel really bad for the maintenance crew because the lady in the office threw them under the bus multiple times. I don't believe the problem was them. I believe it's the office lady don't know what she's doing at all. I recommend getting a new job because you can't handle the one you have.

No sure on policy on pet but they hav alot of rentals heard good and bad about them...personality had never rent from them...their ir a place behind walmart on springsroad that might have place open based on ur income it looks clean it's about two three years old...
