This was a nice place to live until the new owners came and raised everyone's rent about 60% without even looking at them, these apartments are about 30 to 40 years old, you can't only go by square footage were are the amities there's no gym no playground for kids no dog park for your dog, if you're going to raise people's rent it should include wifi, internet, and cable, I checked around at newer places and they included all of that!!! The only reason we are still here is because we got the lease paper 2 weeks before it ran out and couldn't find anything else!!!!!!!!!!!

The acquisition from Lexington LLC was the worst thing to happen to these apartment’s, Shook and Trarton at the very least had kind regard for its tenants and did not tow them for not having a parking pass! A lot of money lost with these people.

I am very grateful to live here , the office staff is amazing and understanding , this is my first apartment I’ve been here for about 1 year and 2 months the community stays clean and my neighbors are friendly thank you apartments on 20th!!! I can see me being here for a while

Finally received my Application Holding Fee Refund. Took so long, I thought i was never going to get it. I literally got denied 20 mins after paying the holding fee and it took a month just to recieve the refund. I should of gotten the refund on the same day.
