Times have changed, so has BB&B. The best brand of Towels and sheets (Wamsutta) has gone, some stores have closed, but I still gave it a try yesterday, trying to buy a single fitted Queen size sheet in decent quality. Driving to the store in Westlake, OH. I tell all of you BB&B fans, I am not surprised if this business is going to go out of business, it is just a matter when. The store is like a ghost town, nothing left of the once colorful, appealing showroom, the colorful decorated shelves with towels and sheets all the way up to the ceiling. Simply nothing but cheaply looking new brands that they now try to sell to customers who are no longer coming, because this is not the BB&B we know. Sorry, but that was my last time entering a BB&B store, you have nothing to offer - nothing!!! If your CEOs and COOs think that's the way they save this once so great company, well then they know nothing about running a successful business. I have talked to the one and only employee I could find in that large store, and she told me that those "bosses" don't care what the customers want, they just run the company in the dump.

Great store...great selection...but "Grandma" at the customer service counter...needs to go...she needs to be out on the floor greeting and directing customers...not try to find online order pickup and returns...this was my second bad experience there...wake up...great to have old responsible people working...but let's be honest...put them where they need to be!
