My Daughter has an instrument through them for the school band. The staff is very courteous and very knowledgeable when I had to turn it in because of something wrong with the instrument. They quickly gave her a loaner instrument so she may continue with school projects while they examine it and fix it.

Not sure if it's the same repairman but I know they do the repairs for the local schools. Give them a call, the people there are very nice.
