I had ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. Somehow ProFlowers got the delivery address wrong. When the delivery person sent me a photo of the flowers I realized that they were not on my daughter's porch! I called the store and spoke with Leigh who was so great! She took the correct address and promised me it would be corrected. Within the hour (probably closer to 30 minutes) she had a new arrangement made and delivered to the correct address. Next time I'll go directly to the source and will bypass the 3rd party! Thank you Murfreesboro Flower Shoppe and thank you Leigh!
