I saw Dr. Ryan Ngo, optometrist in Everett, Washington. He was everything I could want in a doctor. He was a great listener, took time to ask a lot of questions, offered treatment options, and most importantly, followed through until the issue was resolved. He has my full confidence and my gratitude.

Small clinic. They did labs too fast for me without appointment. However, I still haven’t been treated here, so I’m not sure how the service and medical staff are in here. Overall, good impression.

We have been customers of Kaiser Permanente for last number of years. We have never had a bad experience, ever. My Dr listens to my questions and makes sure I understand her reply. Excellent place to get health care.

Dr Hansen-Pham is awesome her medical assistant was wonderful and Courtney in x ray was very kind and gentle making my entire appointment for an injury amazing even though I was really in pain. They all made me feel well cared for and as comfortable as possible thank you!

Yes, I think you just go to level one. They may take a lunch break.
Yes they do. I love Kaiser Permanente they are amazing
I visited the walk in clinic this week (6/14), they are excepting walk-in patients. The posted sign for the wait period read 2 1/2 hour's, but I was called after only 45 minutes for my non urgent issue.
Yes, they do.
I saw an Urgent care in Bellevue Medical Center 🏥 not sure about Everett
8:30 am to 4:00pm
Do you use the app or the website to order? If yes make sure to selectail order as the location. If not just call the pharmacy number and request fill via mail order. Hope that helps
Yes login to your member portal get an appointment online. If you don't have a online login then call member services to assist you
I'm not intirely sure, but my best guess would be to get ahold of the facility you want them sent to and give them authorization to send a request for document transfer. With the new hippa laws, everything about your information has to be with your permission.
It's available right now. You do have to make an appointment to get one though. They're not doing walk in patients at this time.
In the past many decades the building has been a clinic they have had many security officers and personally I've never seen them be anything but professional. Perhaps if you witness something personally it's best to report it to the business office directly as every company has bad eggs it doesn't mean the company condones the behavior.
Contact your HR department
Most x-ray is first come first serve unless maybe ultrasound or mamogram but mammos even have walk in days
I don't know for sure. You would need to contact Kaiser Permanente Member Services to get definite answers on this.
Dental insurance is separate. Find out what you have and call around. Ask someone you know who they like.
I think all departments open at 8am.
No, they do not have urgent care. I just called and asked. You can go to The Everett Clinic though for urgent care.
They do NOT have urgent care, as the only two Kaiser buildings with urgent care are Bellevue and Capitol Hill. For walk ins, you can go to Bartell's walk in clinics. For urgent care, you can go to The Everett Clinic.
If you call member services, you can provide your social security number and other information for them to look up your account, and they can send you a new card and tell you your member ID number.
No appointment needed. Walk in starting at 830 am. It is a good idea to call ahead for availability
It's typically recommended if you are over 60 especially if you haven't ever had chicken pox but check with your doctor to see if they recommend it. Also check with your insurance provider to check for coverage.
