Was not helpful at all for my eviction nor any other legal matters. Staff stretched too thin to even be effective and demand to high. Staff at office let me sit there for hours without even informing what was going on about wait. Front office staff was not helpful either they just ignore you and tell you to ring the doorbell on the wall and wait for staff.

Hey Anthony, I am in the same boat but my renters haven't paid since August and now it is Jan 2020 and they owe me $4100.00... If your 30 day notice was not handled by the court house it is worthless sorry to say... If you did your 30 day notice through the court and paid the fees $195.00 I believe, there is a chance the Sheriff could remove them from your home. I have inquired about this and was told that I would be best off to hire a lawyer to get the paperwork done properly... I can't afford a lawyer so this is frustrating as all get out. Good luck, and if you find a better way please let me know.
You can stop in and speak with an attorney in person with the Housing Justice Project at the Snohomish County Court House first floor Tuesday through Friday 10 am to 12 pm.
