Awesome service! I showed up thinking I had and order to pickup. turns out I never completed the purchase; it was still in the shopping cart. The associate was helpful and patient and we figured it out. She helped another customer while I completed the purchase. Then another really nice associate gathered my 2bags of dog food and carried to the car for me. They where both helpful, kind, and patient, they showed excellent customer service. I wish I knew there names so I could compliment them properly.

Groomer did not provide breed specific hair cut, they shaved my dogs 'wire' hair off rather than noting she has 2 coats. An undercoat that needed to be cared for to prevent additional shedding. This is completed via a technique called hand stripping. I asked if they provided this technique in advance and they noted they would review with me at the time of the appointment. I was assured my groomer knew about breed specific cuts however my dog now has damage to her coat.

Sarah is an absolute star employee here! She is super friendly and helpful. I was looking for certain products for my dog. She helped me find everything, including better options for certain products. She also helped me save money! I had no idea Petco price matches their online prices. She guided me through setting up an account with the Petco app, explained the benefits, and made me feel like a valued customer. Give this woman a promotion!

The vaccines would be through vetco and run about $69 I believe. The haircut depends on the breed, best bet is to call and talk to the grooming salon
I cant speak for other Petco locations, but I have never had an issue with any of the employees not wearing masks or respecting the distance requirements, even with other employees
There is only one "dose" for the vaccines, regardless of the breed or size. Please speak with a veterinarian if you are concerned about your dogs vaccines.
If you have proof of shots then you can call and make an appointment with Petco
Petco has several types of deworming meds best to take dog or cat there and ask. Starts around $25 and they will be better able to help you
Ask up front and they will bring you to it and ask what the problem is
Calling in always helps but I have dome walk ins for my min pin mix multiple times. There has only ever been a wait on weekends. Proce was around 10 bucks

The only shot that you can demand proof of is the rabies shot. Per law, all other shots are optional. The shot does not have to be from Petco where you would not have a vet at all and instead a tech.

I called the store and asked to get a more accurate answer! Currently the Vetco days and hours are Tuesdays from 6pm-8pm and Sundays from 10am-12pm :)
