Yes, call them up and they can take care of everything over the phone to get you set up. The office staff is very efficient and they will take care of everything. Great place.
Mine was $80 with my insurance. So yes, the cost will be different for everyone as it depends on what kind of insurance you have and the deductible you have and stuff.
Simple Sleep is a local company but the sleeping apparatus is globally available and can be found through a local provider in Greensboro. Key Word search: Sleep Apnea Mouth Piece
