I loved how fast and amazing Kayley was. She responded fast to texts and emails. Taking me through every small step along the way. If I ever had questions she was their to happily answer all the questions I had. She was calm and patient and treated me amazing. The Nurse was very patient and told me everything I needed to know before surgery. She asked questions to make sure they understood exactly what I was looking for in my “wish” body. She made me feel like I was just talking to a best friend or sister. Made me laugh a couple times as well. The doctor was easy to talk to and had a great demeanor. Not only did he explain what he thought would work best with my body, but he also wanted to hear what i thought would work best with my body. And what my wish body goals were. They showed me images and said if I wanted to change anything I could. Let’s you have time to look/see if that’s the body you want. They are willing to work with you through everything. For someone that struggles with anxiety, this is the best place to talk on the phone/video chat with. I will give another review after my surgery as well.
