Yes, call them up and they can take care of everything over the phone to get you set up. The office staff is very efficient and they will take care of everything. Great place.
Yes they do sleep studies! Depends on your insurance company. However, they were not in my network. The office sent a request to my insurance company, Aetna, requesting simple Sleep be added to Aetna's network, which they did and Aetna paid all but my $20 copay. Sleep study is done at home not in a clinic. Hope this info is helpful!
