I went to the doctor about 2 year’s ago.Had a problemSouldn with the bill, which I thought Medicare was to take care of. When I got my print out for services, my insurance company said this was not a bill just information , do not pay . when I called to make an appointment with the doctor, I was told the doctor couldn’t see me because my bill was sent to collect ions.wouldn’t let me explain what had happened.The bill wasn’t that much, I could have paid it.I really hated that it went down like that because I really thought I had found a forever dermatologist.I thought she was excellent. Now, It trying to find a dermatologist that I had confidence in. That’s a job! 4 stars only because of this problem.!

The reception desk could stand to be a bit more hospitable, but Dr. Honore and her nurse staff are great. She is knowledgeable, straight to the point and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals.
