Just as a heads up for others at this location. We are being told that if you don't get a ticket before 10:30am M-F, you will be turned away. People have been waiting all day until close. My review may not change anything soon but hopefully we will stop voting people into office that simply get over on tax paying citizens.

Checked online and could not renew my tag, needed to come in. Checked the times for the Millington office and it said the office is Open normal times are M-F 800-415. But you know what, the office is closed for the entire week. If you're closed, put it on your site. By the way, shutting all the offices down for a week at a time just puts you further behind.

Very crowded, you must go to the counter for a ticket (numbered) slow but they are working hard to do what they can because of the new tags

The tags and registration is 59.00 cheaper than previously, the tax is around 8.75% I believe, not positive as we have a fairly high state sales tax because Tennessee doesn't have a state income tax

I have not received my tag for 2021. I mailed the info and check the 3rd of Feb. I have called the main office and cannot get an agent. Please help me know how to get this taken care of. May I come to your offie and get a tag?
