Only court house I've ever been to that instead of just asking you to turn your phone on silent they refuse to allow it in the court room. Court officers have a God complex and treat you as if you're a common criminal the moment you walk in the door. One of the DA's is terrible. She offered me a year supervised probation for a moving violation. I have common sense so I said No way. Not happening. Came to the next court date and everything was dismissed with court cost which the judge gave me the option of taking it out of my cash bond being that it was the Monday before the holidays I was asked to come back the following week to pick of my check well I called to see if it was ready and now they're telling me I cannot have it. I'm pretty sure if the judge said so they have to give me my money back! I'm from Davidson Co. NEVER been in trouble here and was shocked to be offered a YEAR supervised probation. My advice is say NO to probation. Do your time and be done with it.

When it comes to such places, I'll take in and out and on with life any time. It took me 10 minutes to get what I needed done. No camping out required.
