Usually 45 min before show time
There is no camping close to circus arena. It is located at intersection of Bahia Vista St. and Route 41 which is Tamiami Trail. And Rt. 301 intersects there Also. There is a camping area called Sun-n-Fun and close by, on Siesta Key is Turtle Beach. I've seen campers there. Are you visiting from out of state?

Yes you can walk around.
