Customer service phone etiquette is nonexistent in the commissioner's office. I have called and greeted several times, and they act like they can't greet you or how can I help you? They need training on how to answer the phone.

Where is the Rental Assistance Program money?? People need assistance and y'all are sitting on 7million dollars and keep telling people to check the website through Connecting Henry knowing that they are not managing the program. Y'all make too much money to not have the RAP up and running. I could have had it up and running in 1 day. What is really going on????
