This review is based on my experience with the first ServPro team that came to my home: Hunter, Chris, and Trenity. In the process of preparing my kitchen for subfloor drying, Chris and Trenity managed to damage my kitchen tile, which was not previously damaged, although I had a water emergency. As the team lead, Hunter said this was reported. My question is, who is responsible for repairing this damage? I plan to remove this review after this issue is resolved.

Technicians came and didn't have the necessary tools to remove the sheet rock in the effected area. They had to use my saw to cut the sheet rock out. Then the tech told me that the fans they use would have to stay in my house for up to 10 days because of a tiny spot of mold. The company I used to do the repair afterwards said I was lied to because it doesn't take 7 days to dry out a spot 2 feet in diameter especially with 2 high powered fans blowing 24 hours aday. The repair company said they were overestimating to charge my insurance company extra and that it's a everyday occurrence from Servpro. I feel this company is unethical in their billing practices. I will ask my insurance company to investigate. Companies like this is why people are paying high homeowner insurance rates.

Terrible company to deal with. Have no problem overcharging you. Then claim after caught and make a review that they can't find you in their database.

My central air conditioner condensation drain pan cracked and I went away for a week and came home and I had water damage and mold to 1/4 of my house, but thanks to Survpro they did a cleanup and restoration and my home is good as new. Thanks to Survpro and their staff.👍👍👍👍👍
