no but midwest bird hospital does. it's on north ave. I take mine there.
I was just there with my new puppy 2 weeks ago. They don't do neutering at this vet. They told me they are happy to make some recommendations.
They tend to only be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the morning, then break for midday and come back around 3pm. It's best to call, leave a message with a callback number, and then set an appointment when they respond (usually same day). Dr. George is a great vet, I would highly recommend his office, even with the unconventional hours.
I agree with Kenneth, it's better to call first. They are very nice and caring to our pets.
Simple stuff he will do, anything involved he'll send you to Portage Park Animal Hospital or someplace fancier.
I've never gone that route, so honestly I don't know. Sorry
