AMAZING JOC

They are rude and only nice to the !!Hispanics!!! Very racist and rude!!! They turnt off the wifi, while me and my daughter bought food and set in and ate. THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND THE ATITTUDES ARE RIDICULOUS. We ordered our food first before this Hispanic lady and daughter came in, and they was nice to them. They got their cups before we got ours and made our burgers sloppy!!! When we told them we didn't get our cups, the worker was like "hold on with a atittudes, but gave the Hispanic lady and her daughter their cups without a problem!! It need to be shut down or a new staff

Came in after along day to have dinner and I was told I couldn’t use the restroom. My husband had to scarf down his food to try and look elsewhere for a restroom. No where close to home, thanks. Workers were not professional in the least. Lady in the back preparing food kept taking her mask off while making food as well as scratching her face after removing her mask and then proceeded to pull mask back up and continue to touch all foods.

Poor service, hair in food, was charge a different price for snap fries ($2.39) than what was on the menu fries and no management around to talk to.

Went to this facility after having such a bad experience the day before at a different location, and it was barely any better. Attendant barely came on the speaker in the drive through lane. I repeated my order about 3 times, which was ok, because maybe he didn't hear me 🤷🏾‍♀️. He never came back on to tell me my total, so I pulled to the window. He then asks... "how may I help you?"... As if I hadn't just put an entire order in??? Anywhoo, I told him my order AGAIN, and still got the wrong order, and no receipt when I asked for one. I was told the machine was down, smh. I guess he was nice, at least 😩... I can't win. I guess this just means I need to eat at home 😂!! No more Jack in the Box for me, LOL...
