Good morning Google reviewers 🤗 I decided to come to my local Jack in the box and order 3 Loaded Bfst Sandwich. I requested these 3 orders to be custom order different ways. Regular Loaded Bfst Sandwich comes w/Sourdough Bread w/egg, cheese, sausage, ham & bacon but I decided to do something different. I really dont know if someone have tried or not. This is our order: ▪︎1 Bfst Sandwich added lettuce, tomatoes sub sourdough for croissants bread ▪︎1 Bfst Sandwich added lettuce, pickles, large patty sub sourdough for croissants bread ▪︎1 Bfst Sandwich regular sausage, cheese, egg, bacon sub sourdough for croissants bread The employees did an awesome job taking and making our custom orders 💯💯💯

I went to this location at approximately 2:15am on 2/19/22 I ordered a number 7 bacon ultimate cheese burger with curly fries and a sweet tea as I get to the drive thru window the employee working the window while having manors was still very disrespectful I got my drink and food and proceeded to leave before I left the parking lot. I decided I wanted to need some of my fries. As I reached in the bag, I discovered that my fries was ice cold and old. That really irritated me then I decided to take a drink of what was supposed to be sweet. Tea ended up tasting like water with a weird taste to it. So I threw the cup out the window and proceeded to Get even more angry due to the fact I spent money I worked for on food I was expecting it to be hot I believe if I'm going to spend money at fast food joints I should not have to come home and reheat my food. Any old food that been set up everything should be made fresh. Jack in the box on Buckner does not care about their customers or whether their food is worth buying me. Personally. I will never return to this location again. It has put a new perspective in my eyes for Jack in the box to the point I doubt I'll ever return to one

The food is pretty good and the wait was surprisingly much shorter than usual. Just watch out for the girl named Elizabeth who works the window. She purposely upsized my order without asking me. (She did this to the people in front of me, too.) I checked the receipt and told her that I was overcharged and she lied about it saying it was because of something else. The manager overheard and told me that it was because I had ordered the combos medium. Not true. I ordered small. They ended up giving me my money back and switching out the fries. This is all that came in one of the fries. So not only was Elizabeth rude when she handed over the corrected order, but maybe a little salty as well?

Ordered a texas jumbo Jack that comes with double meat patty and they only gave me one patty. This is not the first time they mess up my order.
