Service was very fast and cordial. Food is normal Jack in the Box and my husband's favorite fast food. We like it.

I'm so tired of sub-par service at fast food restaurants. I didnt get half of my food and went back to get it. I pulled up to the drive thru 30 mins later and they thought it was a smart idea to give me the old cold food. I asked for a fresh grilled chicken southwest salad and they thought it was best to go to the back for 15 mins and give me the same garbage with the wrong dressing and no toppings. If you tally up the waist of time and the wrong food and gas which is $5 a gallon , I waisted $30 tonight. I demanded to get 2 waters for free for the issue and they refused so I asked for the supervisor who they said was not there. They also threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for the supervisor a second time. If you don't like your job quit and figure it out. Don't ruin people's night

One thing to forget my sweet and sour sauce. But this is crazy. Now i get cussed out by the wife fa bringin this nonsense home

Holy cow.... Slow but not super busy. Both orders of fries are overcooked and my chicken strips are overcooked NOT to mention EVERYTHING IS COLD!!!!
