I waited about 45 minutes for my order. I decided then to go to the front desk only to realize that it had been deleted. When it was finally served, the rub was incorrect and the order didn't have fries or veggies. The manager didn't even apologize nor offered anything to compensate for such poor service. They also wasted paper bags as I had requested dine in service but my order was made for carryout...a total disaster

I love this location. They are always fast and courteous. They do a great job. I always order online and go pick it up. My order has been right every time.

The General Manager at this location is unprofessional, rude and aggressive with women. I ordered a 15 piece, large fries and two drinks. My wings were to be the hot lemon flavor. To my disappointment, when I arrived home I realized they gave my original hot.(pictures attached)I Immediately called and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever received from an establishment. The GM called me a liar and refused to rectify. This saddens me as I work for Toyota Corporate and we consistently placed orders with this location when we were in our temporary office. To anyone reading this the GM is going to be the downfall of this location.
