Always check that you received all your items that you ordered. This location has a tendency to forget things. Cashier was eating at the drive through window and the location is a complete eyesore.

Lady at the register was sweet but didn't listen to half of my order. The side door where you have to park (drive thru side) was locked and have to walk around to the front. At first we thought it was closed. Only gave 1 ranch and 1 red hot sauce for a box of mini tacos, 6 tacos, and a 5 piece nugget (was supposed to be a 10 piece but was only charged for 5 so I let it go and gave her some of my fries) asked for water and was charged for a value drink. Asked for more sauce and was told I would have to pay for it, I was like seriously (The manager guy kept walking by listening but didn't step in) so I bought 3 more. No sauce packets of ketchup anywhere in sight and got tired of having to wait for her to acknowledge me to get sweet tea. I wanted to refill but decided against it. Very chenchy. But my biggest thing is with everything going on with covid and viruses why is the bathroom so gross. Toilet paper on the floor, toilet seat stained with urine and the bottom of the seat and sides obviously has been missed when cleaned like the corners ( if you have time to lean use part of that time to clean). Disappointed cause I love jack in the box and this one was so far the worst.

Customer service was phenomenal on 03/23/22!! Staff was so kind when I had an app issue with my order they worked to resolve it and thanked me for my time! Food was fresh! 5/5 will be back to this location!!

Not a great experience. My burger was a lil cold, unseasoned, & smelled funny. But had no issues returning it. They even offered to remake it.
