So….. I usually only post a review when I’m angry! Lol But, I’ve been back to this jack in the box location several times for their tacos! I’ve had so many bad experiences with jack in the box tacos! But these tacos are really good! Always fresh, crispy and delicious! Thank you for taking the time to make sure the tacos are fresh!

Ordered a burrito with no meat, girlfriend can’t eat meat or she gets sick. Got a burrito with meat in it. Went back through the drive through. “Hey man, can we get this burrito remade?” “Try ordering it right next time.” Bruh, what are you even talking about LOL I put it in on the app. How do you even order it “wrong”?

A Jack in the Box like all others, food was good. The place was clean and not crowded at all. My issue us the fact that they took way too long to prepare the food, not just mine it seems. Also didn't like the fact that they didn't want to give me extra ketchup or Taco sauce packets. I bought 12 tacos and I asked for at least 10 packets but they didn't want to and asked them to look at the fact that I bought 12 tacos so I should get at least 1 packet per each taco. Why do I have to beg for the product that I obviously need for what I bought? It's like having to beg for napkins or a cup for my soda... PLAINLY RIDICULOUS!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had. Drive thru employees had me parked for 10 minutes after they told me I had to leave the drive thru since I ordered through the app. I went back through the line, and asked for a manager or team lead at the speaker box. There were a few cars a head of me to give them the time to get ready. Well I get to the window the moment I ask for a manager he spews lies saying nobody there speaks English.. in very clear English after speaking to me in clear English the entire time. I said I would come back at a later time to speak to someone in charge and I would like his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag (not proper uniform for Jack In The Box) he refused to tell me and refused to serve me my food. To beat it all when I got home my ultimate cheese burger had egg white on the meat patty and came with the wrong bread.
