Delivered here. Most of the people were fantastic. One lady, not so much but maybe she was just having a bad day? Anyways, got me in and out pretty quick. Did not see any overnight parking.

This place has been a joke for years. It is listed as a postal black hole on Google. My mail has been there over 5 days & processed through 4 times , shipped to the Dallas hub & back to this place 2 times.

I sent two passport renewals for two different people in two different envelopes, certified mail. Origin city: Stockton, California on August 1, 2022. Destination city: Irving, Texas. Packages were supposed to arrive August 5, 2022. Today is August 13, 2022 and the items ate still floating around Coppel Distribution Center, according to tracking by USPS. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for half an hour, finally got a real person on the line and she disconnected me.
Call the post office and talk to someone about your packages
Mine was there for 5 days and then sent to hawaii and I verified my address with the tracking #
Did y’all ever get the package ? Wondering if I should give up hope or press through. It’s been 14 days and I need it within the next 11 for it to even have a point anymore.
This facility doesn't store any items, items are processed (from the time they are received until the time they are distributed) in about one to three days. Local post offices store items that aren't delivered until they send them back to the sender.
We have contacted our local post office. And we all have one issue in common. Your distribution center
I looked and found this...hope this helps. 450 S DENTON TAP RD COPPELL, TX 75019-9998 Lot Parking Available For facility accessibility, please call the Post Office. 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777) Phone 972-745-3221 Fax 972-304-8482 TTY 877-889-2457
Because they're stealing the package 📦
My package has been at this location since Nov. 25th.. I went to my local post office and they looked it up and said yes it’s still there and probably caught on a belt going round and round. They said to contact them and get it jarred back into the correct direction. They said this happens all of the time there!
Any thing goes near this place I start getting nervous .
They need to hire more people is the answer..
It was in OKC and then went past me and back down there.... Its been floating around texas for 2weeks. Id just like someone tell me why.
Well u need to contact coppell and let them know !!!
The Post offices like any other business working very hard to get your mail to their customers.
You need to go back to the Post office with copy of your tracking number.
Check with your local post office
Call your local post office. NTX is just a mail plant nothing else.
Very busy place of business dealing with mail in general.

Good luck. Let us know if you get it. I talked to a local worker and laughed when I mentioned it being stuck at coppell
Usps.com enter tracking number
The package may not have been scanned properly in the logistics chain. You will want to check with your local post office and see if they are holding the item there. USPS North Texas doesn't store any items.
I am having the same problem
There is no phone number for USPS North Texas. You should check with your local post office to see if they tried to deliver and are now storing the package there. USPS North Texas doesn't store any items. All items are processed in a few days at most.

This is a processing center the mail comes from the origin offensive through with all the other male and then leave some the next possible truck going to the destination
This facility doesn't store packages. You may want to have your post office check in their storage area for undelivered items.
Man.....it's been really weird since machines have been taken out. I work for the postal service and I received mail from the 14th yesterday. I hope your package arrives soon and hopefully we can our end straight too.
Has it moved yet, I have mine being delivered there yesterday since 3rd august when it was supposed to be delivered in Kentucky on 7th. But it has ended up there.. and the reviews I’m getting here is making feel now ok.
NO.
No, there is no way to speak to someone about mailing issues at this facility. You would need to call the 1-800-Ask-USPS customer service number to speak to someone, send them an email via the USPS website or go to your local branch.
You must go to the post office in your neighborhood. In this building only employees can enter.
I've had a reply for my tracking number to say it's now in Oklahoma. Thank you USPS.i am very grateful you have almost delivered my letter. I expect it will get there in the next couple of days. I will try to post things even earlier in future.
No... that is jus the "EXPECTED" computer generated timeframe...90% chance you will recv in next day scheduled mail delivery
If you mail it with out an addressee it will be returned to you
Contact Consumer Affairs at North Texas P&DC for assistance.
No, this is a mail processing plant only, there are no post office on site
There are no clerk windows to service the public at North Texas Production & Distribution Center. Ther are only a couple of collection boxes located on Royal Lane outside of the Facility.
This is the main and the largest processing distribution center in North Texas. The mail is processed here and shipped to your local station, which then the carrier delivers to you
Iit was probably scanned in a BMC container instead of individually scanned their are over 20 million pieces of mail that pass through a distribution center on a everyday basis it could have easily missed a scan our system is effective but not perfect
