What can I do about a certified letter that is stuck at the Coppell TX Distribution Center for weeks!!!!! Is there someone to call?

I too have the same problem. My package sat at Dallas distribution center for 6 days (shipped on 11/28), then it arrived at Coppell distribution center on 12/6. Today is 12/10 and I haven't received my package. This is the first time it happened. Typically when a package arrived at Dallas DC, it would be delivered the next day (first to Coppell DC and shortly Coppell post office then to the truck).

USPS North Texas just processes mail between different post offices. They do not hold or store mail, so there is no one at this facility to call. You want to call your local post office and they can check if they have the letter (which if it been weeks should have been sent back to the sender).
