There is a lot on Hayes drive ( about a block south ), you'll have to walk the path to the garden. You can also park on the Midway Plaisance ( 59th street) by the university of Chicago just west of Stony Island and walk east to the garden ( you'll have to cross a couple of streets this way, but it's my preferred way to walk in). There is a east (behind the museum of science and industry ) but the walking bridge has been closed and fenced off for a number of years.

There is a huge parking lot on 63rd and Cornell. If you are traveling south on Cornell, make a left at 63rd. The parking lot is on the left. You do have to pay at the pay box. It's only a couple dollars an hour. It's totally worth the price and effort.
