There is a lot on Hayes drive ( about a block south ), you'll have to walk the path to the garden. You can also park on the Midway Plaisance ( 59th street) by the university of Chicago just west of Stony Island and walk east to the garden ( you'll have to cross a couple of streets this way, but it's my preferred way to walk in). There is a east (behind the museum of science and industry ) but the walking bridge has been closed and fenced off for a number of years.
There's a community parking lot across Lake shore drive.
There's a lot just south of the park Noth of the statue. However, it's a bit of a walk over there.
Not near by. You have park a couple blocks away and walk there.
