The other night I came here with some friends . The man taking orders was very rude , making comments and saying things like “oh my god!!” Angrily at us . On another note, a friend told me she and her brother came here and the same employee for no reason, called her brother “an ugly boy.” When asking for sauce . 💀 Also same employee was very rude when he was taking the money and I’m pretty sure he screwed my friend over and took more money than what was needed. Food was fine I guess . But the customer service was a no no 😅

This location strives to perfect laziness. You could spell out your order with colorful pictures and end up with the incorrect order. I received two tacos that I could easily use to break a car window with, just stale.

just ordered a #15(chicken nug combo) curly fries an sprite, tiny loaded tacos, medium curly fry and sweet tea. only person in line. lil over $20. what i got was a weird chicken wrap, tiny loaded tacos, 1 curly fry, sprite and sweet tea. the lady at the window an over the speaker were very nice and i got hooked up on condiments. this review is not for the customer service but simply to state that the wet pocket chicken salad i acquired is NOT it...

Ordered through the app this evening. Was the 3rd vehicle in line after arriving for my order. App says 5-7 minutes the order will be ready. I sat in line behind the same 2 vehicles for 18 minutes. I finally got to the window and was told to pull in front of the store to wait. No problem...I understand being shorthanded. But after 10-12 vehicles pulled through the drive thru with their orders and sitting in front of the store for 32 more minutes, I went to the door. I got their attention, thinking maybe they forgot about me. The guy came to the door asking what I wanted...told him about my order. After another 12 minutes, I got my order....but missing items. This was not a big order. They would not come back to the door for me to ask for the missing items. UGH
