I got there at 9am this morning and they forgot to turn on the grill, even though they’ve been open since 7:30. She offered to FRY ME SOMETHING. Every time I go there, it’s always something. I get the impression no adults work there. I’m being very generous with the one star.

Yes this Sonic the employees will do what it takes to make sure you get what you want they will go the extra mile to get the job done on whatever you order and if you have a problem just tell them what is wrong and they will make it right. 🤠👍🙏

I just left this sonic a few minutes ago and got home and they gave me some onion rings that were refried and burnt. I specifically asked the young lady if there's onion rings were fresh all she had to do was tell me no than give me this because they don't taste good and went straight in the trash.

The fact that you have to pay extra for whipped topping on a Sonic blast is already insulting enough since it used to just come with it automatically, but this is really a cheap move by this location. It's down right insulting to put that small of an amount of whipped cream on it and then have the audacity to put a domed lid over it and charge the customer extra for it. I hope the penny's worth of whipped cream you saved was worth losing a customer over.

Why is the company's name Sonic

"As SONIC started to expand and open new locations, Smith learned that the name Top Hat was already trademarked. In 1959, he and first franchise owner Charles Pappe decided to change the name to SONIC Drive-In, stylized with capital letters. The new name fit right in with the existing slogan: “Service at the Speed of Sound.” Both the slogan and the new name were inspired by SONIC’s newfangled intercom ordering system." https://www.rewindandcapture.com/why-is-sonic-drive-in-called-sonic-drive-in/
