Ordered our food at the drive thru.. pull up to the window, our order wasn't even entered. So we pay and wait at the window. Because they didn't put the order in they ask us to park in the front and they will bring it out to us. We waited 25 mons and just ended up going back in to the line at get a refund. We've now been her 30 minutes. A bunch of little kids working here.

Dairy Queen is consistent on the good quality & pricing. Tacos were delicious & we loved the drumstick blizzards. For some reason only the drive thru was open at 6 in the evening.

The food was delicious and flavorful and made quickly; however the manners of the girl working the drive through left a lot to be desired. She misheard me when I stated my order, then argued with me about what I had actually said when I asked for it to be corrected. I'm sorry if she's had a rough day or whatever, I understand being irritated at work by customers, but as I didn't have a nasty attitude towards her, I don't think I deserved one from her in return. I will likely not return to this location due to the lack of manners and straight up arguing with me over what I did or did not say.

Despite the other bad reviews I visited this location on 6.6.21 around 6PM. As I was eating I noticed a hair in my gravy. Not to mention the steak fingers looked discolored. I immediately called and was told I cannot get a refund until tomorrow due to a "Shift change" I advised the "shift leader" that I was just there 5 minuted ago? She then said she needed my gravy tonight via her boss. I explained you want the gravy ASAP but I cant get my refund until tomorrow? Got a call back because I cant get a refund now because they didnt give me a receipt 😂 11.64 never again
