The worse hospital ever! We brought our 2 months baby with emergency reason but there is huge line in emergency room. You need to wait 2-3 hours to get medical help. If you need to go to the emergency room please go somewhere else !!!

My daughter had a fever for two days and was not getting any better. We arrived at the emergency room at 8:30 in the morning. 1:00 p.m came around and we still weren't even placed in a room. I have been here once before and the wait time was not so bad. The staff was somewhat helpful but this time around, the wait was terrible and the staff was not so friendly. I will be looking for other choices when it comes to taking my daughter for medical services.

really rude nurses. I had to admit my uncle to the emergency room and when I came back with my aunt to visit, the receptionist which I don't know if she was a nurse or not I couldn't really give a dime who was sitting there welcomed me with " yes?". I asked how many people are allowed to visit and she said only one but she repeatedly said only one its like I don't get it. I was trying to show my aunt the way to the room and she again yelled only one is allowed. I yelled back at her and said if she don't want me to show her the way then she needs to get up from her freaking chair and show her the way to the room and so she did. it looks like you need to be rude sometimes so they understand that your not their to waste your time or theirs. emergency room nurses need to have a course on how to properly talk before having them on the floor. i dont care if the workload is a lot im there for a service and i need it to be done and fast if you dont like working there find somewhere else but dont give me attitude.

I’m grateful for everything they’ve done to make sure I was well cared after my first seizure. However I’m giving this one star because when I finally woke up from two days coma and I came to discover that my hands were tied to the bed without an explanation (I’m deaf and I use my hands to communicate), and the worst part is that at least $10 in cash along with my driver’s license and debit card were stolen off the eating table after I removed them from my iPhone wallet just to pay things for myself online and while I was sleeping. Also without an explanation. It made me angry the fact that I’m deaf and they thought I wouldn’t notice it either said anything as if they’ve taken that to their advantage. I made a police report and I will never recommend this hospital for everyone’s care. Make sure to keep your personal things hidden, anything else in your purse or pocket so the nurses won’t notice it. It took me a month to renew my identification information and I had to get better myself first so I can earn a bit of income just to eat. Because of these stolen items, it gave me a hard time to get things back on track especially after getting out of a domestic violence situation and seizure. I will be making a review on this type of care and nurses about my visit to this hospital a few months ago. Be cautious when you use or spend your money on this shady hospital for your well being.

I think they had a decent amount of staff members tonight.
