I was a little thrown off by the posted signs saying there was a "30 min limit inside dining room with food purchase" and the fact that the bathrooms stay locked, but that's necessary due to the location. The service was quick, employees friendly, and the food was fresh and hot made exactly as i ordered (I'm kind of picky).

They literally left me sitting at the window. All I ordered was 5 small coffees for my co workers. Car in front of me got their order and drove off. I pull up, no one is at the window. I keep sitting there and no one comes. I finally see one lady walk out and go the opposite way. Drove off, got my coffee made fresh at Whataburger

Ok where to start well it was drive-thru only and there was at least 8 cars ahead of us so we waited in the line finally ordered big box popcorn chicken with curly fries and a bacon ultimate burger combo with curly fries and a bacon Swiss buttery jack combo with curly fries about $30 ok we finally get to the window pay and for them to hand us the drinks and 2 sacks then they tell us to pull to the front for the rest of the order so we do i check the sacks the lady gave us and it wrong of course it is the burger did not have bacon on it and both fries were regular not curly so so as we r waiting for them to bring my sons popcorn chicken combo out I call them to let them know the order was wrong they didn't answer so I tell the person that finally came out after 10mins that it was wrong I check my sons and he is missing his curly fries to they gave regular well the employee got very rude i gave her my ticket and she went got 3 med curly fries I paid for large but was to upset and aggravated to mess with them anymore if u go there check your orders because they mess up a lot

When you can actually get food here on a day that they decide to open the drive thru (because the dining room is never open) then its ok. But more times than not i tend to drive here and find out its either closed for some random reason they put on the windows or they cant serve common menu items (how did u run out of curly fries???)
